Privacy Policy

We Do Not Sell or Share Your Data

Integrion Consulting does not sell your personal information to anyone, for any reason. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes. The only uses of your information are described below, and only because they're necessary to actually deliver the product or service pursuant to the license granted.

Information We Collect

When you start a free trial: a short form on our website, before you download the installer, asks for your first name, last name, and email address — this is how we send you the download link and license key, and how we enforce a single 14-day trial per email address. When you then install and activate the trial on a machine, we also record a hardware-based machine fingerprint (not personally identifying on its own — it's a hash derived from CPU and motherboard identifiers), which ties that trial to the one machine it's activated on.

When you purchase a license: your email address (and, where provided during checkout, your name) is collected by Stripe, our payment processor, and shared with us so we can issue your license and send it to you. We never receive or store your payment card details — Stripe collects and handles all payment information directly.

How We Use It

We use your information to: issue and email your software license; provide customer support; send you renewal, trial-expiry, and license-related communications; and maintain the security and integrity of our licensing system.

Who We Share It With

We share only information necessary with two service providers who act on our behalf to deliver the product to you:

• Stripe — our payment processor, acting as our reseller of record. Handles checkout, billing, and payment card data.
• Microsoft (Microsoft 365 / Graph API) — used to send you license and support emails from our own domain.

Neither of these providers is permitted to use your data for their own purposes beyond delivering the service on our behalf.

Data Retention

We retain license, order, and trial-lead records for as long as needed to support your license, respond to support requests, and meet our own accounting and legal obligations.

Your Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@integrionconsulting.com. Deleting your trial-lead data does not retroactively grant a new trial — eligibility (one 14-day trial per email address) is enforced server-side against your license records, not solely through the lead-capture data itself.

Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect the information we hold, including restricting access to our systems and never handling raw payment card data ourselves.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
