Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of TMCP (Trading Machine Control Panel) and WUCP (Windows Update Control Panel), software products published by Integrion Consulting ("Integrion," "we," "us"). By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using our software, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Software

TMCP and WUCP are Windows 11 desktop applications that manage Windows Update behavior and related system configuration on the machine they're installed on. They are licensed, not sold — purchasing a license grants you the right to use the software under these Terms, not ownership of the software itself.

3. License Grant & Restrictions

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use TMCP and/or WUCP on the number of machines specified by your license. You may not:

  • redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the software, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
  • remove or alter any proprietary notices;
  • develop, or assist in developing, any product or service that competes with TMCP or WUCP; or
  • use the software, or any information or technology derived from it — including anything obtained through a violation of the restriction above — to develop any other product or service.

This license does not grant you any rights in, and you acquire no ownership or license rights to, any component, technique, or insight derived from reverse engineering or similar analysis of the software, regardless of the circumstances under which that analysis occurred.

4. Trials

We offer a 14-day free trial with full functionality, limited to one trial per email address per product and one machine per trial. At the end of the trial period, continued use requires a paid license.

5. Fees, Billing & Auto-Renewal

Licenses are billed at the term length you select and renew automatically at the end of the term length on the same terms and at the same rate — unless we modify such renewal terms, lengths, and/or rates, which we retain the right to do — until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe, acting as our reseller of record, who handles billing, taxes, and receipts on our behalf. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds and cancellation.

6. Intellectual Property

TMCP, WUCP, and all related software, documentation, and branding are the property of Integrion Consulting and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers or grants any ownership rights to you.

7. Third-Party Trademarks

TradeStation is a trademark of TradeStation Group, Inc. NinjaTrader is a trademark of NinjaTrader, LLC. TradingView is a trademark of TradingView, Inc. 8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will prevent or block every possible Windows Update or system behavior in every environment.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Integrion Consulting will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any loss or claim arising from these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the loss or claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially breach any of these Terms. You may stop using the software and cancel auto-renewal at any time; canceling does not entitle you to a refund of the current paid period except as described in our Refund Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the software after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that, in the event of a dispute, you shall be subject to the jurisdiction of a New York State court or a federal court located in the State of New York.
